No matter what one may think of bands like LINKIN PARK, CRAZYTOWN or PAPA ROACH (and personally I don't think much of ‘em), at least they're able to come up with the occasional catchy hook or a chorus that gets stuck in your head. This bunch from Des Moines, Iowa doesn't even manage that. As slickly produced and well-played as it all may be, this whole album is all nu-metal mannerisms and no hooks whatsoever! Listening to records like this I can't help wondering what they were thinking. Did they really think they were creating something memorable when they cooked up this hodgepodge of half-baked ideas? I fail to see the point of releases like this but I'm in a generous mood today so one point for the effort. Now guys, next time could you please be a little more creative in your song-writing? And if not, please go back to your day jobs and don't bother us with another unnecessary release.
