Boy, was this a breath of fresh air in this hardcore-heavy week at Peacedogman. The girly garage punk of BIG FUN earn their name with a great mix of sweet, catchy songwriting, exuberant performances, and lo-fi production. These gals hail from NYC, which makes perfect sense, as it would be easy to picture them sharing the stage with BLONDIE and THE RAMONES in the old days at CBGB's. The two songs on this 7 inch, "Passing the Time" and "Hold On" are energetic and distinct, and will leave those longing for good, honest, fun rock n' roll music longing for more.

This is the band's debut single, and hopefully a full length can't be far behind.
