A box set by SIX FEET UNDER? That other band with Chris Barnes (CANNIBAL CORPSE)? The band that started out as a side project (also involving members of OBITUARY and DEATH) but evolved into a fully fledged band? That band? A box set? Where's the point in that? If you're a fan of this band you'll probably have most of this stuff anyway. Yeah, it comes with a DVD, a poster, a 32-page book, trading cards and some interesting demo material by Chris Barnes' pre-CANNIBAL CORPSE band LEVIATHAN but is that really enough to buy an (I presume) expensive 5-disc set mostly consisting of stuff the most dedicated fan already has in the collection? Hmmm, I wonder. I also can't imagine this will win ‘em any new fans. SIX FEET UNDER's kind of big dumb death metal is certainly enjoyable in its own way but a box set full of it? And it doesn't even contain their two "Graveyard Classics" albums!! Doesn't make one iota of sense to me. It's probably Metal Blade's attempt at cashing in on the Christmas cheer, but IMO it would have been more fair to release the demo material and/or the DVD separately.
